Downtown Jacksonville is the heart of Northeast Florida
 and the gathering place of the region.

Here, modern high-rises tower over newly restored buildings from the early 20th century
as the magnificent St. Johns River winds its way between the skyscraper.

Med "Vand-Taxi" over til den anden side af floden.

Vi kunne naturligvis have kørt i bil over en af broerne,
MEN det var sjovere at sejle.

Jacksonville - Landing. (Et kæmpe stort center med alle mulige slags butikker osv.)

Her spiste vi frokost på en af de mange restauranter.

En rigtig dejlig men varm dag.
